Sassi started her recruitment career in 2009 and manages all UK and Overseas
family life with demanding schedules.

Being a busy mum of three, she has her own experience of recruiting and employing nannies for her family and knows exactly how crucial finding the right nanny is.

Trilingual, having grown up between Munich and Lima before moving to London in 2005, Sassi speaks native German with fluent Spanish and English.

Sassi loves the opportunity of working closely with her clients and candidates and strives to find the perfect match. She keeps an active interest in her placements which is testament to the long-standing relationships she has built.

We have over 50 years of experience looking after the household staffing needs of private families, VIPs, high net worth families and individuals, in the UK and overseas.

We know that whilst each family or individual may have a different “wish list” of particular requirements, they are all looking for thoroughly vetted, honest, hardworking candidates who will adapt seamlessly to their role, blend with existing or outgoing staff and ultimately help make their employers’ lives easier.

We do the hard work of finding the right person, so you don’t need to sift through endless CVs or interview long lists of unsuitable candidates. Our track record means we’re good at matching the right candidate with the right employer, no matter how challenging the brief.

Our commitment to people doesn’t stop at private staff recruitment services. We at Katherine Shields Private Staff are committed to helping those who can’t help themselves. We pledge to commit a percentage of our profits to a charity we feel matches our own goals and aspirations.

Much of our work centres around the provision of top quality childcare but we are very conscious that tragically many children do not have the loving care they deserve in their lives. Our nominated charity is therefore the NSPCC.
